One of the major sectors that has been affected due to COVID is the facility management (FM) space. The way we live and work every day or manage operations in physical space is no longer simple. So, FM is a key area we must diligently consider and adapt for the future by adopting newer strategies and measures. Carry out feasibility studies and calculate budgets to assist business case. Agree the scope ensuring no grey areas and that the client’s expectations are met.

Design
Carry out detailed design and provide cost certainty prior to project commencement.

Deliver
Coordinate all required trades to ensure safe systems of work are used throughout whilst providing all the necessary documents to comply with CDM.
04.
Handover
Ensure soft landing on completion by integrating our delivery team with the site maintenance team, giving staff training where necessary and issue a fully comprehensive O&M file.
