The inverter drives were isolated and disconnected over a series of weekends to ensuring that there was no downtime to critical plant and no impact on our client’s business. During the works all cabling, isolators and wiring accessories were also replaced ready for energisation and commissioning prior to Monday morning. QBSL managed all aspects of the project from specialist plant movement for the removal of 500kg of redundant plant units to the electrical install, BMS modifications and final commissioning. The project was delivered on time and within budget with no disruption to ‘business as usual’ operations.
