Quentin is a multi-skilled professional with a proven track record of delivering technical, mechanical projects in critical environments. With extensive experience in Data Centres and live client buildings with a focus on risk management and high-quality delivery.
Commencing his career and training with a world leading commercial refrigeration company and working in the marine, pharmaceutical and petrol chemical sectors then followed by a period with a specialist HVAC manufacturer delivering offshore projects in the North Sea. 

In the ten years prior to joining QBS Quentin was a Head of Projects in a global FM provider gaining experience in designing and delivering projects to major corporate clients with business-critical requirements. This has provided a valuable insight and understanding of the FM sector and roles and responsibilities and ensured that QBS is aligned with our client’s expectations and values.
Quentin’s role as director is to support the QBS project teams delivering projects within our client’s property portfolio and ensuring we are focused on client specific requirements and processes and operate as “one team” managing projects from cradle to grave with a single point of ownership.

He has responsibility for liaising between the QBS teams and client and providing technical support and guidance and critically specific site knowledge gained from previously delivered projects. Our success criteria with all projects is zero harm and no impact on Business as Usual and our methodology and safe systems of works are bespoke to the client’s requirements and business operations to achieve this.
